Tailgate corner repair
This truck tailgate had sustained significant damage to its two lower corners. The deformed metal was reshaped, cleaned, and prepared before new metal reinforcement plates were welded directly to the damaged corners. A strong and durable repair that restored the tailgate's functionality and strength.

Repairing an aluminum trailer
The three aluminum tabs connecting the trailer to the hitch system had broken at the welds. The damaged areas were carefully cleaned and prepared before being re-welded. New reinforcement plates were then custom-cut and welded in place to strengthen the attachment points and ensure a lasting repair.
Repairing a heavy machinery bucket arm
This heavy machinery bucket arm had broken in three places. The damaged areas were carefully cleaned and prepared, and then the cracks were completely filled by welding. Reinforcing steel plates were then fabricated and welded in place to increase the overall strength and stability.
Repairing a recycling truck
Two major structural beams on the side of the truck had severely deteriorated from rust and lost their original shape. The damaged metal was completely removed, and the remaining structure was then straightened and thoroughly cleaned. One of the beams was completely replaced, while the other was repaired and re-welded to restore the structure's strength and integrity.
Custom modification and fabrication of a bed frame
This antique cast iron bed frame lacked crossbars to securely connect the headboard and footboard. Custom mounting plates were fabricated and adapted to the existing structure to allow for the installation of wooden crossbars. This modification provides strong and stable support for the mattress slats while preserving the original look and character of the antique frame.

Repairing a recycling truck mechanism
The two attachment points for the arms of a large recycling truck mechanism, used to pull and flatten materials, had suffered significant breaks. One of the attachment points had completely detached. The damaged areas were carefully cleaned and prepared, and then the broken sections were welded and reinforced to restore the mechanism's strength and durability.
Repair of an underride guard
The rear underride guard of a truck had become detached from its mounting under the chassis. The damaged arm was repositioned and re-welded under the truck, then reinforced with a steel plate. The broken section was also re-welded to restore the overall strength and integrity.
